The O.R.M.® type Device is a new generation custom-made mandibular repositioning device with patented physiological articulation and unique comfortable splints to optimize patient acceptance and treatment efficacy. In March 2009, Narval launched the O.R.M.® mandibular repositioning device using the Narval CADCAM Technology (Computer Aided-Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing) by laser sintering a polymer powder.
