Snoring isn't Sexy is committed to the welfare of the patients who use our services to find a dentist who provides oral appliance therapy for snoring and sleep apnea. Like other companies who are interested in developing strong relationships among dentists, medical specialists and patients, we now require those who join Snoring Isn't Sexy to provide evidence of at least a base level of competency in Dental Sleep Medicine and strongly recommends certification by the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.

One of our major problems is that the public and press are totally unaware that specially trained dentists have a solution for obstuctive sleep apnea. We are not in competition with other dentists, we are stuck in a situation where the vast majority of those withsleep apnea don’t know we can help. This can only be solved if large numbers of dentists work together under a single marketing concept like Snoring Isn't Sexy. That's why we are making an unprecedented offer of free marketing.

The monthly fee is based on population within a series of zip codes. For zip codes with a population base of up to 500,000 people, the monthly fee is $475 * In the borough of Manhattan, New York City, NY - one zip code only is allowed per office - fee $500/month. (There is a $10 surcharge per month for secure email because of new HIPAA reporting requirements - optional.) |

Because we realize that practices may have multiple office locations, Snoring Isn't Sexy offers the opportunity to sign on additional distinct office locations. Each office location requires an additional web site with a separate set of zip codes and each office location will be handled as if it is a separate entity. This will require a separate user name, password and email address for the practice owner. Each office location will develop a separate web site, named differently than the original office location. e.g. Location 1 = JonSmithDDS.scnoringisntsexy.com. Each new office location will be handled as if it were a separate practice as far as monthly costs are concerned: The monthly fee is based on population within a series of zip codes as above. In some cases, there may be unavoidable overlap of population or mileage. We will make every effort to eliminate duplication however it can not be guaranteed. |

Because we realize that practices may have multiple doctors, Snoring Isn't Sexy offers the opportunity to sign on additional doctors. Each doctor in the practice will be provided with a separate web site but only one doctor's web site will be visible in a zip code search. The other doctors will be found in a state search on the Find a Dentist page. When signing multiple doctors in one office, please indicate the primary doctor for the zip code directory. When multiple doctors in the same office sign on, there is no additional monthly fee as long as all doctors in the office share the same zip codes. Each doctor will be able to access his/her individual web site only. A link will be created to direct site visitors to one doctor to all other doctors in the group. |

Monthly payments will be determined and discussed prior to any commitment. Monthly payments must be made by automatic monthly credit card authorization. |
| Although purchased postal code/population bases are exclusive, overlapping postal codes will be allowed with the permission of the initial purchaser. This may occur if several practices in the same general vicinity wish to advertise cooperatively. |

Snoring Isn't Sexy welcomes all dentists who have been educated in dental sleep medicine and encourages member doctors to study as many philosophies of diagnosis and treatment as possible and to select, for their practices, methods and devices that have stood the scrutiny of proper, peer-adjudicated and reproducible scientific literature. We strongly believe that the doctor, not the marketing company, should determine where to get continuing education and what appliances and diagnostic devices are necessary for treatment. We do not believe that it is in the marketing company's, the doctor's or the patient's best interest to make these decisions for the doctor.
